Return policy

Our MontCai pieces are made to be cherished and passed on to loved ones for generations, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will figure it out together as our target is to draw a smile on your face.

For the return to be accepted, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; meaning, tags on, free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be in the original packaging.  We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please email us at info@montcai.com with your order number and the reason of the return so that we can take an action and continue to improve.

Refund policy

In case your jewelry arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling, we have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and we are committed to either send you a complete refund or ship you another piece.

For the refund to be accepted, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; meaning, tags on, free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be in the original packaging. 

Please email us at info@montcai.com with your order number and the reason of the refund request so that we can take an action and continue to improve. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Changes to your order

We work hard to process your orders and get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. We can't make any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from the time you made your order at info@montcai.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
